Gift Aid declarations
Declarations recorded with explicit donor consent. These records support your charity’s Gift Aid administration; they do not submit a claim to HMRC. Records older than six years from the declaration date are flagged for review, not automatically deleted. The flag does not establish that HMRC retention requirements have ended.
